The future of semiconductors: new impulses from the US
26/03/13: From March 11–12, 2026, our colleagues Alexander Handler, Sven Thiem and Jakobus von Geymüller were attending the 5th Semiconductor FAB Design, Build & Facility Operations Summit in Phoenix, Arizona.
Many new impulses, inspiring conversations, and valuable encounters – along with the strong convic-tion that with our engineering solutions at CRC we can make a meaningful contribution to the devel-opment of this future-shaping industry.
A particular highlight was the visit to the cleanrooms at Arizona State University. The infrastructure, with its state-of-the-art cleanrooms and impressive tool park, is truly remarkable.
It was especially inspiring to see the potential that emerges when industry and public research institu-tions work closely together. Partnerships like these are a key driver of innovation and the continued advancement of the semiconductor industry.
Many thanks to Future Bridge and all discussion partners for the inspiring exchange!
