Customised planning for complex requirements

Our specialisation is the planning of laboratories and clean rooms, as well as highly installed research and production buildings.

We take on a wide range of tasks for them: Feasibility studies, inventories, layout planning, laboratory planning, planning of equipment connections (hook up), object planning or architecture, technical building equipment, construction supervision, up to the complete realisation of buildings as general planners.

    • Selection of materials and essential system components
  • Calculation and dimensioning of technical systems and installations
  • Listing of all technical systems and installations with technical data and functional descriptions
  • Detailed cost estimation

PERMITTING-
DESIGN

  • Development and compilation of templates and proofs for public approvals or consents
  • Completing and adapting the planning documents, descriptions and calculations in accordance with the requirements of German BImSchG

TENDER

  • Preparation of a functional performance description
  • Preparation of tender documents
  • Inspecting and evaluation of the offers, preparation of the price comparison list
  • Participation/ Assisting with awarding process
