08/05/24: Our construction managers are the backbone of our success at CRC! 🏗️ Earlier this week, we had the pleasure of hosting an intensive construction manager workshop at our Dresden office, where our dedicated team members came together to expand their knowledge and inspire each other.
The agenda was packed with important points:
🔍 Visit & tour of the construction site for the new production building for micro-optics and sensors at Jenoptik in Dresden: practical insights on site are irreplaceable for deepening understanding and gaining new perspectives.
💡 VOB seminar: In an ever-evolving environment, it’s crucial to stay up-to-date with VOB and master the legal aspects of our work.
🤝 Sharing experiences: Sharing best practices and challenges not only strengthens team spirit, but also promotes innovation and efficiency.
🍽️ Joint dinner: Where our construction managers not only take off their construction helmets, but also share their best construction site stories! With good food, a relaxed atmosphere and a pinch of humor, we not only recharged our stomachs, but also our team spirit.
