18/04/24: With #support from Martin B. Rohrer, our diversified team of professional and managerial staff has been developing proposals and #measures since 2022 to keep our company on course for long-term success. At the forefront: our #Steering Group. Together with our managing directors, the group is working hard to put the #ideas and measures into action and steadily move our company, #CRC, forward.
Last Friday it was that time again. The focus was on the topics:
β π€ Employees (communication, appreciation, team building, working hours, meeting culture, representation culture)
β π· Projects in the focus of our work (PM team, PL team, fast-track projects, project work, communication)
β π Visibility of CRC on the market (communication, partners / customers, HI-TEC ENGINEERING, acquisition)
β π Service portfolio (high-tech and pharmaceutical sectors / Europe, Asia, USA)
A big thank you goes to the #Team! Our intensive discussions were very exciting and brought a lot of new #insights. The diversity of perspectives and experiences once again made for a fruitful exchange. Now itβs time to implement the points we discussed in small, agile teams β true to the motto:
βWhat we do today determines what the world will look like tomorrow.β
